Scholarship Criteria
The J.L. Bedsole Foundation Scholarships are designed to help students in Southwest Alabama achieve their educational goals. These scholarships are primarily aimed at supporting high school seniors who demonstrate strong academic potential and financial need.
To be eligible for the J.L. Bedsole Foundation Scholarships, students must meet the following criteria:
The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of one of the following counties in Alabama: Mobile, Baldwin, Clarke, Monroe, or Washington.
The applicant must be a high school senior currently attending an accredited high school in one of the specified counties.
The applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
