The scholarship gives priority to undergraduate students. However, graduate students can also apply if they meet specific criteria. Applicants will be assessed based on academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, and a sincere commitment to community service.
A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required for undergraduate students, while graduate students need a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Financial need may also be considered during the selection process.
